EF-R Policy and Regulation - Food Service Management

As the district attempts to make the food service program self-supporting, the following regulations will apply.

1. No personal cooking will be allowed in the school lunch kitchens.

2. No food will be transferred from the school lunch kitchens to any home.

3. Food that has been left over from one day's serving to another will be served to children as extras (a -second serving) the following day, or utilized in later menus, if possible.

4. All "guests" of school district personnel eating a school lunch will be expected to pay the regular cost of the meal as established by the School Board unless guests have been previously authorized to be served without payment.
